The UMRdivers project conference at Philipps University of Marburg focuses on diversity in studies and teaching from various perspectives. At this event, we aim to engage in dialogue with students as well as various stakeholders from the fields of advising, teaching, and educational management. We intend to use the event to bring together diverse perspectives and expertise, stimulate an exchange on successful support measures, and explore opportunities for the comprehensive development of studies and teaching in which diversity is embraced as an opportunity.
