Strengthening teaching skills through university didactic qualifications and advice
The sub-project “Developing a University Didactic Center” is aimed at teachers at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In order to strengthen and further develop didactic and methodological teaching skills, a structured university didactic continuing education program for the further training and advice of h_da teachers is being conceptually developed and corresponding offers are being implemented and evaluated.
Thematically, the offerings are based on the core activities of academic teaching: teaching, advising, testing, evaluating and innovating. In addition, needs-based events are organized that help to network teachers and exchange know-how and best practices relating to teaching in different teaching-learning settings.
The new overall university didactic offering takes existing intra- and cross-university offerings and structures into account and provides flexible interlinking options.
