Pilot project Collaborative online classes (SK1)

The Collaborative online classes pilot project aims to ensure that seminars that are offered in a hybrid manner with partner universities are anchored in the curriculum. The aim for flexibility is particularly in terms of method and space.

As part of the expansion of the SK Department's international cooperation and the internationalization of the student body, the partner university SUNY Cortland is developing its own master's program in Human Rights Studies (MAHRS) in coordination with the Fulda University of Applied Sciences. Collaborative online classes are being tested, i.e. seminars that are offered together and in a hybrid manner. These should now be anchored in the curriculum. In addition to the development of a digital teaching and learning environment, the curricular anchoring requires the internationally coordinated content and didactic development of the relevant teaching modules in the relevant reference sciences and their testing. This further expands the cooperation between students and teachers. In addition, the university's international profile will be supplemented by a digitally supported, internationally oriented method platform to be set up.
