Pilot project start-up seminar (W3)

The pilot project "Start-up Seminar" aims to increase the entrepreneurial activities of students at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. This involves greater flexibility, particularly in terms of content and location.

Although there is already a seminar on starting a business, it is not part of the curriculum and is therefore only of limited appeal to students.

This seminar is therefore being redesigned as a curriculum-integrated module for a university-wide, interdisciplinary target group and made accessible to all students during a project week. Collaborations with regional industry partners are already planned for the seminar's design. To meet the diverse needs of the students, the start-up seminar will be divided into an on-site block course and a hybrid learning component.

The new module is to be anchored in the pilot study program in business law, but will be implemented in other study programs at all departments of Fulda University of Applied Sciences at the beginning of the project period through mapping, and thus be accessible to students of other study programs.
