Enabling flexible study dimensions in Marburg

Against the background of increasing heterogeneity among students, flexibility in the various dimensions of studies is becoming increasingly important. The complex challenges of our time require that studies be compatible with other obligations, such as care work, wage work, nursing, volunteer work and more. The MarFlex project would like to find an answer to this with two pilot departments (Department 02 of Economics and Center for Teacher Training) in order to enable (individual) flexibility in studies. In addition, the flexibility and individualization should ensure a high quality of studies and a more successful degree completion. The heterogeneity of students is not an obstacle, but an opportunity.
