From application to graduation, studying raises many questions
We offer student advising that is easily accessible to applicants and students. Whether in our online consultation hours, in person, or in the middle of the aptitude test – trained student assistants from higher semesters are welcome contacts.

During our application period, we are available to answer any questions you may have, especially regarding the online application process.

Applicants from over 50 nations contact the university with questions about admission requirements, visa matters, or potential professors in their major. Some technical questions, in particular, are resolved more quickly via video conference than by email!

Tips for the entrance exam week
During the aptitude test week, applicants benefit from the experience of our student colleagues who were in the same situation just a few semesters ago – and remember the anxiety very well. Besides answering subject-specific questions, they also offer tips on the best coffee in the area, especially if there's a long wait between exams!
The experiences gained from the consultation sessions are incorporated into the website, poster campaigns (#HelloHfMDK) and exchange and further development regarding application and aptitude tests or study regulations.
