Studying involves many questions, from application to graduation

We offer student advice that is accessible to applicants and students with a low threshold. Whether in our digital consultation hours, in person or in the middle of the aptitude test - trained student assistants from higher semesters are welcome contacts.

If our application deadline has expired, we are particularly available to answer questions about online applications.

Applicants from over 50 nations contact the university with questions about study requirements, visa matters or possible main subject teachers. Some technical questions in particular can be resolved more quickly via video conference than via email!

Tips for the entrance exam week

During the aptitude test week, applicants then benefit from the experience of our student colleagues who were in the situation themselves a few semesters ago - and remember the excitement very well. In addition to technical questions, one or two tips on the best coffee in the area will also be given if there is a long wait between exams!

The experiences from the consultation hours flow into the website, poster campaigns (#HelloHfMDK) and exchange and further development on and from applications and aptitude tests or study regulations.
