Multi-project management and administration

The Project Management Office for Teaching coordinates, among other things, the sub-projects of Welcome&Stay@THM and serves as an interface between university management, sub-project managers, and central departments such as the THM Equal Opportunities Office. The Project Management Office (PMO) facilitates the systematic networking of the various projects within the field of studies and teaching. Under the leadership of the Vice President for Studies and Teaching, the PMO teaching team combines specific expertise that collectively contributes to improving organizational and individual skills and abilities in agile project management and effectively utilizing them in the projects.

The various projects are coordinated and supported in parallel, and continuously aligned with the needs of both academia and administration. The PMO supports decision-making bodies in their strategic development. The PMO for Teaching assists project participants in project management, particularly in the implementation of collaborative and digital project formats. It coordinates and supports resource planning for all projects in the field of teaching and contributes to pooling existing expertise to achieve the goals of the sub-projects and the overall project. Furthermore, the PMO for Teaching serves as the contact point for inter-university communication within the framework of collaborative projects.
