What is it about?
How can change processes at universities be strategically designed, stakeholders effectively involved, and innovations sustainably anchored? The workshop explores these questions with two keynote presentations and ample opportunity for exchange.
Program Highlights
Dr. Maren Lübcke (HIS-HE): Success factors for change management at universities, with practical examples from teaching architecture, microcredentials and study program portfolios.
Mihai Ganea (HTW – Konstanz University of Applied Sciences): A change process from an inside perspective: goals, challenges and transferable insights.
Exchange and practical application: Furthermore, the workshop offers a space to contribute personal experiences and questions and to relate the insights to the respective university and project contexts. Together, approaches to action will be discussed and ideas for the sustainable anchoring of change processes will be developed.
